Strive to foster a workplace culture where safety and health are prioritized and comply with applicable Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) legislation and regulations.
Assess the associated risks regularly and adopt effective measures to eliminate or minimize the risks, promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
Focus on education to provide training and ongoing awareness programs to enable all personnel to work safely, healthily and effectively.
Ensure clear communication of safety and health policies, procedures and incident reports across all levels of the organization.
Thoroughly investigate incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence, thereby enhancing workplace safety and health.
Year-round audit is conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of our policies and procedures for continuous improvement towards achieving a safety and healthy working environment.
