*1 Linsed oil was added drop-wise to nylon powders and mixed.
The 'oil absorption' is an amount of linseed oil that the mixture changed to a paste that can make a spiral shape like ice-cream cone.

Irritation Test Result of TR-1

  1. CAMVA (Chorioallantoic Membrane Vascular Assay)
    • Chorioallantoic Membrane (CAM) of 20 White Leghorn eggs, incubated for 14 days, was dosed with TR-1.
    • RC50 is greater than 100%, which means no ocular irritation.
  2. Evaluation for Weak Skin Irritancy by Microscopic Observation (Kawai Method)
    • 20 Adults were contacted with TR-1 for 24 hours at their inner sides of upper arm.
    • Macroscopical observation is negative.
    • Microscopical observation found one subject with depend furrows, which means almost negative.
